Good critique is about decisions, not opinions.
Avoid:

"I don't like this."

Replace with:

"This hierarchy makes the primary action unclear."

Critique should evaluate:

User goal.
Business goal.
System consistency.
Accessibility.
Technical constraints.

A strong critique creates improvement, not debate.
The goal is better decisions, not winning arguments.
